About Over The Game - Our Vision, Mission, and Team

Two worlds, one common vision

Over The Game is a young studio born in Milan with the idea that video games can be worlds to build, stories to live, languages capable of speaking to the present and building the future. At the helm are those who grew up in the Commodore universe, absorbing its values and pioneering spirit – it was inevitable that, sooner or later, the paths would cross.

Commodore, now based in Rome, is a name that has shaped the imagination of entire generations. It made technology accessible, creative, iconic. Today it looks ahead, carrying with it the legacy of those who made history.

From the union of these two realities comes a collaboration that is much more than a sum: it is a fusion, a project with a unique trajectory made of living memory and innovative drive, to create experiences that leave their mark.

We believe that video games can be more than just entertainment: they can be tools to bring people together, stimulate emotions and open new perspectives.

We recognize the power of differences, different perspectives and diverse backgrounds, which enrich the narrative and expand the ability of games to bring people together.

Our goal is to develop games that can speak to audiences about diversity that is not only welcomed, but becomes a value. We want to combine entertainment and social responsibility: variety and respect for differences are at the heart of today’s projects and our every working day.

Daniele Patanè Foundation

Our goals are translated into a concrete commitment: part of our revenues is allocated to support the establishment and growth of the Daniele Patané Foundation, dedicated to supporting scientific research on autism.

The Foundation was established with the aim of making a difference in the lives of thousands of people and their families, contributing to improving the understanding, diagnosis, and treatment of autism.

Through this initiative, we want to support scientific projects that open new paths in research and allow for greater inclusion of people on the autism spectrum, both in society and in the workplace.

We firmly believe that technological and scientific progress can create a better future for those who face the challenges of autism every day.

Since I discovered computer science in 1981, I have immersed countless hours in reading texts of all kinds, never stopping my quest for deeper truth. Each experience has fueled my thirst for knowledge. With my games, I aim to help free humanity from the idiosyncrasies that surround us every day."
