The personal data provided by candidates will be processed exclusively for the following purposes:

  • Evaluation of the application for the indicated job position;
  • Management of the personnel selection process;
  • Possible storage of the curriculum for future positions compatible with the candidate’s profile.

3. Legal basis of the processing:

The legal basis of the processing is the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at the request of the data subject (art. 6, par. 1, lett. b, GDPR) and compliance with legal obligations in personnel management (art. 6, par. 1, lett. c, GDPR).

4. Nature of data provision:

Providing data is optional, but failure to provide it will make it impossible to evaluate the application and proceed with the selection.

5. Methods of data processing and storage:

The personal data will be processed using manual and IT tools in compliance with the principles of correctness, lawfulness, and transparency and will be stored for the time necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected. Subsequently, the data will be deleted or anonymized.

6. Rights of the data subject:

In accordance with Articles 15-22 of the GDPR, the data subject has the right to request access, rectification, deletion, limitation of processing, and data portability, as well as the right to object to processing. By completing and submitting this form, the data subject declares to have read and understood the information and gives their consent to the processing of personal data for the purposes indicated above.
